Good post Will. Thanks for digging this up. So easy for agencies to get off course and take their collective eye of the prize, so to speak. It's amazing the power, and almost the need, to have one individual embody an agency's spirit and mission, so that everyone else can follow.

Darn it, are we just a bunch independent minded lemmings...
